To be based in Chennai to support the account manager and manage the whole recruiting efforts.
Initially He will manage the team based in Bangalore and Noida and will also build a team of sources and recruiters.
Reports to Account Manager Assigns Daily priorities to the recruiting team Submits resumes submitted by Recruiting team to clients Checks whether Client rate is met & also whether the rate commensurate with candidate experience before submitting resume to client Rate Negotiation with consultant/vendor if the client comes back on the rates
Ensures all submittal guidelines are followed before submission Gets Pre Interview Agreement signed before client interview
Co-ordinates with contracts department for documentation to be sent to clients Sends necessary paperwork to Clients
Sends reporting details to candidates Follows up with candidates after submission Follows up with clients for feedback by mail/trackers Prepare client specific or position specific trackers Co-ordinates interview
8 + Years, Minimum 5+ years experience in US staffing division Must have at least 6 months to 1 year experience in client facing role Strong communications skills & sales Aptitude Excellent Co-ordination skills Must have very good understanding of SDLC & various roles & functions in Software Industry Must have strong MS office skills
Should have been an excellent hands on recruiter who managed reks from similar clients.
