Job / role description :
Provide end-to-end leadership in the management of one or more client relationships
Ensure that service delivery expectations and met and exceeded
Identify and mitigate risks associated with product architecture, quality, personnel and client dependencies
Ensure that service delivery meets best-in-class standards - e.g. related to quality of architecture, code and testing
Maintain close relationships with client stakeholders
Manage and groom team members
Support organizational initiatives related to competency development, capability building, etc.
Skills (mandatory) :
Demonstrated leadership in managing offshore software services delivery
Strong understanding of software technologies used for service delivery
Successful people and team management skills
Strong client management and client interaction skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills / Qualifications / Interests (desired) :
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP) & Scrum
Deep knowledge of at-least one technology area -- e.g. Java technologies, .NET technologies or BI and DW technologies.
Ideally, with an academic background in Computer Science or Engineering
Interested in developing knowledge in the healthcare domain, along with deepening knowledge associated with software development processes and technologies.
