Urgent position for IT Service desk engineer , with a leading Consumer Banking Organization.
Looking for people with Good knowledge of Microsoft products. Able to diagnose and resolve basic IT Hardware and Software issues.
Working experience on any IT Helpdesk ticketing tool.
Able to provide support to the users by taking remote session of the users.
Understanding of Thin client and VDI environment
International client handling is Must.
Domestic client handling is NO NO
ITIL V3 Foundation certification required
