Job Description

Experience in Retail Banking including o Across channels traditional (Branch Banking) and non-traditional such as Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM, Kiosks, IVR, Social o Firsthand experience in Online Banking, Mobile Banking programs o Expertise in new channels and ability to spot trends in fast changing channel technology o Experience in transformation initiatives such as Multi Channel Optimization, Customer Experience, Online Banking refresh, Channel migration desirable oAbility to understand emerging demands of customer centricity in retail banking and develop solutions to meet that demand oExperience in associated areas such as CRM, Customer Data, User Experience is desirable o Combination of experience working in both retail Bank and technology firm is desirable Solution developments, Pre-sales support and business development experience in Retail Banking / Channels technology space is essential Experience across retail banking products and on consulting engagements desirable Demonstrated thought leadership in Retail Banking desired About 12 -15 years of professional experience in business and technology areas Global client engagement experience is crucial, preferably at CXO level Should have substantial practice development experience Preferably coming from mature organizations with client base across different geographies Preferably with good B-School /professional qualifications Industry certifications desirable
