This position will be responsible for customer marketing of the brand in the target market comprising of Greater India region. The goal of the position is to drive profitable above-market growth by implementing segment based marketing plans, driving channel growth, delivering effective marketing operations and providing strong customer insights. This position will be responsible for B2B portfolio of the business as well as creating and executing marketing & channel plan for B2C portfolio of the business.
To lead the execution of plans to drive meeting of sales revenues and profitability for their respective brands
Drive segmentation, targeting & position and marketing execution plan based on the same
To lead the Marketing Communications strategy development for the brand and execution to support business plans.
* To lead creation & management of channel
Ensure strong metric based successful marketing communication, road shows, customer training & customer engagement
Drive sales engagement by providing necessary support: create sales tools, internal promotional schemes, sales training, competitive analysis, channel engagement plan, commercial policy etc; develop MOS with the sales team for effective support
Drive business analytics in terms of monthly sales & profitability reports, competition tracking, key market trends and data to recommend tactical strategies for improvements
Drive SIOP process for their respective brands; Improve Inventory optimization across the product category via developing a strong SIOP process understanding and driving the process across various functions.
Work with sales, product marketing and manufacturing team to rationalize product portfolio.
Conduct customer VoC and OVoCs on a continuous basis and provide insights to leadership team;
Track market and competitors information on regular basis and provide regular inputs and develop actions based on the same.
Graduation in Science or Engineering with PG in Marketing
Minimum 3-6 years of commercial experience in a marketing position with demonstrable marketing knowledge in B2C industry in Consumer electronics or consumer durable. Should have brand management and channel management experience.
Excellent written, oral, and technical communication skills, including presentation experience to large and diverse audiences
Demonstrated success in product launches and end-to-end execution of marketing strategies
Candidate should have Strong Channel Management, product management and Distribution experience preferably in the electronics domain.
