Responsible for financial planning (Cash Flow, P&L Budget for the next 12 months and then compare it with actual performance every month and act accordingly) and work towards achieving the same.
To ensure that fee plan at the time of enrollment is prepared in order and also supervise that the same is followed strictly.

To prepare marketing strategy to attract clients using both online and offline marketing activities with business development team.
-ONLINE MARKETING- PPC, SEO & SMO, LINKEDIN, he must plan and ensure that the these activities are performed as per the target and improve the company ranking & branding along with sales leads for smooth running of the business.
-OFFLINE MARKING-Plan marketing activities like banner, display, Organize Events.
-AGENTS-Plan regular meetings with Business Development to attract & make new agents for generating leads and growth .
