Job Description

To plan the growth of the center with the aim of profitability.
Attend to various inquiries related to admissions and ensure that maximum number of enrollments is
materialized.
Maintains communication between the branch and management by preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity of branch.
Supervises and motivates branch staff in order to deliver best quality service to the clients.
Assists in interviewing, hiring and training of new members in the team.
Ensure the smooth functioning of the branch by keeping a daily track of operations of the branch.
-Proper attendance of the employees.
-Ensure staff is coming on time.
-Keep record of every employees performance, salary and documents.
-Maintain daily performance reports and sending to the management.
-Ensure that the every employee achieves desired targets on time.
Keep a check on the quality of service & performance of the team members, and ensure that employees are provided training in regular intervals to keep them updated.
Counseling the students over study abroad options, handling inquiries and driving sales of the center.
Managing the budget for the center, recording both expenditure and income to ensure the center is financially viable.
Responsible for financial planning (Cash Flow, P&L Budget for the next 12 months and then compare it with actual performance every month and act accordingly) and work towards achieving the same.
To ensure that fee plan at the time of enrollment is prepared in order and also supervise that the same is followed strictly.
Supervise that follow-up action of inquiry is maintained in the interest of the growth of the center.
To prepare marketing strategy to attract clients using both online and offline marketing activities with business development team.
-ONLINE MARKETING- PPC, SEO & SMO, LINKEDIN, he must plan and ensure that the these activities are performed as per the target and improve the company ranking & branding along with sales leads for smooth running of the business.
-OFFLINE MARKING-Plan marketing activities like banner, display, Organize Events.
-AGENTS-Plan regular meetings with Business Development to attract & make new agents for generating leads and growth .
To take feedback from students and take corrective action wherever required.
To be customer oriented and work at all times towards customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports as required on center activities and keeping a tab on the entire team by collecting daily and weekly report from marketing, calling, sales team and update senior management every Saturday.
Maintaining Corporate relations With our Agents as well as clients at Pan India Level.
