Identify potential market (country) and interested prospective distributors in those countries, shortlist, select and finalize the distributor as per defined process.
Monthly Reporting of Retails, marketing initiatives and sales activities for Country
Develop product launch plan and execution for region and ensure effective implementation in consultation with line Manager
Execute Annual Business plan with specific actions to be taken for brand building, sales and volume growth
Create action plan for after sales service and spare parts support including field actions and trainings along with service team
Ensure Constant review and correspondence with distributors for orders and payment collection.
Develop expertise in export market rules and ensure compliance with local so as to limit the companys exposure to risk.
Knowledge of international business (Knowledge of 2 Wheelers, 4 Wheelers etc or channel based sales & marketing)
Travel to overseas market as per business need
