Ensure 100% presence in all Modern Trade formats
Take full responsibility for the acquisition, development and retention of Modern Trade/ Large Format Stores, CSD and Institutional accounts and works as their personal interface to the company
Manage the customer action plan, and leverages all servicing and supporting units to realize its objectives
Build long lasting preferred vendor relationships with key Modern Trade Format stores and act as an indispensable service partner to them,
Guarantee the quantitative and qualitative commercial objectives of the company in India through Modern Trade/ Large Format Stores, CSD and Institutional Sales ( turnover, gross margin, EBITA)
Define a strategy to continuously gain market shares in Modern Trade/ Large Format Stores, CSD and Institutional Sales.
Provide valuable inputs and market feedback to Head- Supply Chain for improving and optimizing the logistic processes in accordance with the policy and logistic Charter. This will include improving forecasting and warehousing apart from reducing logistics costs.
B. Organisational development - Finalize the organisational chart, get it approved by CEO and recruit key members of the team at branches and HO
C. Financial planning: prepare a budget for the next Financial year by December end.
