Job Description

The Cost & Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of budgetary systems in respect of New Club Builds, Refurbishments and Facilities Management throughout the Region. He / She will be based in the Country level and shall report to the Projects Director.

ENVIRONMENT

* To work within a National Team environment at the India Support Office.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

* Implement standard procedures and audit compliance thereof

* Produce in conjunction with Projects Director all budgets for New Build, Refurbishments and Maintenance Capex

* Produce in conjunction with Projects Director all cost reports for New Build, Refurbishments and Maintenance Capex

* Prepare and summarize cost reports on a monthly basis

* Carry out special projects in respect of cost or contract matters as may be requested from time to time

* Carry out all tender process with Projects Director

* Produce standard costings and carry out value engineering processes / items
