Job Description

Drive planning and development of comprehensive CSR programs aligned with overall business strategy, including stakeholder engagement and education, and the management of program and program partners, employee engagement and volunteerism

Build awareness around the CSR initiatives in collaboration with the Global head of communications HTS

Establish a mechanism and strategy to budget and execute the various CSR programmes

Understand industry standards for measurement and establish CSR performance indicators as per the HHS norms.

Create a CSR and Diversity calendar
Drive campaigns to improve employee CSR engagements

Prepare CSR reports for management

Provide strategic inputs for the Diversity report basis the local initiatives

Engage internal stakeholders and establish a network of CSR champions within the organization

Ensure effective communication methods are in place to communicate business ethics, CSR targets and performance

Develop a CSR plan of action which includes HTSs proposed strategies and commitments towards the creation of a sustainable future

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the goals of the CSR plan of action are aligned with the organizations mission

Seek, partner and work with credible NGO partners to execute programs. Be willing to travel to project locations to monitor programs closely

Hold accountability for department and ensure compliance with budgets, financial and operational forecasts and areas of responsibility. Create sustainable audit framework to ensure compliance with Honeywell policies and processes, and with the Indian governments CSR mandate

Manage CSR dashboard, including establishment of benchmarks for programs and communication including ongoing tracking, auditing, reporting, and supporting compliance for all contributing Honeywell India entities.

Proactively track trends, changes and best practices in CSR and Diversity related areas especially among peers, and integrate them into the Foundations CSR framework and the Diversity agenda of the firm

Build and expand the visibility of the Honeywell brand as a socially responsible one, working closely with the corporate communications team. Represent the company internally and externally at key business and CSR forums

Promote a balanced diversity culture in the firm by planning and executing key diversity initiatives in collaboration with HR - form learning programs, social groups etc within the firm
