Drive successful implementation of fuels marketing initiatives at the local level, leading project teams comprising of functional managers, operational experts, agency professionals, etc. It covers the whole spectrum from conducting Labs, to coordinating with Sales & Operations, creating integration with functional managers from CR, PayLo, to introduction of final campaign mechanics with Retail regional teams and/or Retailers. - Implements all local brand initiatives as well as local fuel and forecourt activity within budget and timeframe specified in the marketing plan. - Initiates local B&CVP activity but must select comms from inventory owned by global retail marketing comms. Ensures translation of communications to fit local markets - Plays an active role in ensuring all local site-level marketing materials and image standards are in line with global and retail standards. Maintains local retail fuels marketing budget. - Ensure PIRs for projects are completed on time and learnings are shared for continuous improvement. - Work closely with global teams and keep a healthy challenge and support process going to leverage on each other strengths and inputs. - Work with Sales& Ops to ensure disciplined rollout at sites; monitor progress and report on PIR. - Transfer information on local pricing strategy to cluster or local
Operations Support within Sales and Operations, and monitor compliance with pricing strategy across all classes of trade within area of responsibility.

- MBA in Marketing with minimum of 5 years expereince (atleast one complement assignment in core marketing delivery/implementation)
