Primary Roles and Responsibilities:-
Responsible for performing change
Motivate teams and take care of people management issues.
Validation of initial baseline of change impacts based on integration release scope and technical/ functional requirements/ design documentation.
Responsible for client management, negotiation, SLA base lining, SOW and product management.
Experience in managing the internal and external stakeholders on the daily deliverable s.
Any graduate or post graduate.
Minimum 3years of experience is must for Sr. Analyst level & 6+ years for Manager level.
Good understanding of change management approach.
Reinsurance industry experience will be an added advantage.
Expert level power point skills, ability to present complex data at executive and end user level.
