Responsible to lead HR function on the whole in long term. Conceptualize, design n implement PMS that would enable people to deliver to their optimum.
Managing C&B, EES, staffing, training, and development;
Should have had at least 6-8 years exp. as generalist HR role in a Corporate HR Deptt. of a large sized Co & should be highly proficient & fully operational in the HR Sub-functions of Recruitment, PMS, C&B, TM & OD interventions.
