As Legal Head, representing the company legally in all legal matters at the High Court & Lower Courts and securing short/ long term credit for the company. Handling all aspects of Corporate & Commercial Laws. Should be skill full enough to independently handle Advocates / Solicitors.
Liaison with company Solicitors & Advocates for drafting and documenting legal papers,
Registration of Trade Marks, Copy rights , Patent Laws & other IPR matters.
Manages and delivers the Shareholder expectations through building a profitable organization with sound financial health and statutory compliance; closely works with other members of the Leadership team to drive the same.
Develops strategic plans for efficient systems, processes, norms and guidelines for control and minimizing risks; guides the departments / functions to ensure adherence to such systems.

Around 20-25 years in Finance & Accounting with at least 10 years in a position of similar responsibility
