Job Description


Take a leading role in identifying and qualifying opportunities
Perform effective prospecting to generate 4x pipeline in assigned accounts through the use of, but not limited to, proactive outbound call activity, emails, and marketing campaigns
Nurture leads to actively engage with potential customers, determine their needs, and propose CSOD as a sustainable talent management solution
Support and partner with the outside sales team to develop and deliver a tailored strategy to potential customers
Act as the key point of contact and provide thought leadership in discussing CSOD and talent management
Ability to articulate the CSOD value proposition in an industry context

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in from an accredited, 4-year university
Minimum of 1 year of lead generation, account management, or telesales experience (HR sales a plus, but not required)
Experience using a CRM or contact management system
Experience with solution selling and new business development
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, with a strong drive for results
Self-starter with a strong desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paces environment
Possess strong business acumen
Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of talent management
