Job Description


Own Order fulfillment and execution process using a build-to-order fulfillment strategy for all content deals
Assist in delivery process of Content Solutions to clients in a high volume, quick turnaround environment
Support sales efforts as they relate to course content, including maintaining sales tools (content review portal)
Provide QA support for all content related issues

Required Skills and Experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Proven project management and organizational skills, specifically managing multiple concurrent projects
Excellent written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to write with purpose, clarity, and accuracy; including excellent listening skills
Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills, applied with a customer service or solution-focused attitude
