Role Elements :
Consultant/ Sr. Consultant :
- Be a part of consulting teams over long and short term assignments.
- Analyze current situation through qualitative and quantitative analysis, identification of appropriate business solutions and implement the same in partnership with client teams.
- Work as team members in delivering large client projects, and in case of small projects work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Work with client top management as per the approach designed, guide client teams on projects, ensure adherence to the time lines and deliver agreed results & deliverables.
- Assist the team with primary and secondary research to enable execution of assignment in hand or to develop new capabilities for business development.
Qualifications & Work Experience :
- MBA/PGDM (HR) from Premier B Schools
