Job Description

Assist in preparation of National and State Level report on ICT initiatives in India: Impact Analysis and recommendations
Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR), Request for Proposals (RFP) and Gap analysis reports etc.
Bid Process Management
Contract Management with identified system integrators/agencies
Overview of Operations & Maintenance of projects/schemes
Providing inputs to MoHFW on proposals submitted by State Governments/private agencies
Manage project deliverables, schedule, risk mitigation
Provide periodic status reports on implementation of various projects
Coordinate with the concerned stakeholders agencies
Conduct review of implementation progress, manage the scope and timelines of implementation
Experience in contract management and deep customer engagement
Demonstrate coordination with teams/ and vendors at various levels
Set-up project monitoring and tracking mechanism to ensure smooth execution of the project
Any other PMU related activities assigned by MoH
