Role Elements

Be a part of consulting teams over long and short term assignments.
Analyze current situation through qualitative and quantitative analysis, identification of appropriate business solutions and implement the same in partnership with client teams.
Work as team members in delivering large client projects, and in case of small projects work independently, with minimal supervision.
Work with client top management as per the approach designed, guide client teams on projects, ensure adherence to the time lines and deliver agreed results & deliverables.
Assist the team with primary and secondary research to enable execution of assignment in hand or to develop new capabilities for business development.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

For C & SC
MBA from Premier B Schools [IIM, NITIE, S P Jain, XLRI, FMS]

Work Exp Consultants : 1-3 years of work experience in the Industry, or consulting experience
Work Exp Sr. Consultants : 3-5 years of work experience in the industry, or consulting experience
