Job Description

* Excellent written and oral English communication ability
* Ability to converse at senior levels such as HR Head, Vice President, etc meaningfully and to engage them intellectually
* Make compelling presentations within short notice- good on PPTs
* Knowledgeable on various Industry happenings, current practices, senior level movements
* Perseverance -- not giving up.
* Good on database management and windows/email tools
* Ability to connect with senior folks
* Ability to listen and respond with high impact.
* Ability to ask the right questions
* Interest to interact with senior executives over phone/emails
Role content
* Build a database of senior executives across various geographies
* Correspond with CEOs/CXOs of medium and large organisations congratulating them on recent achievements and career changes
* Two to three personal meetings/month with senior executives of client organisations with the support of our CEO
* Present our company credentials related to the clients' area of work
* Support the internal team towards client deliveries on time
* Interact with the HR teams/senior executives of client organisations on an ongoing basis
* Communicate with a diverse range of senior executives across various sectors through the social media, such as LinkedIn
* Deploy innovative ways of reaching out top executives and create god branding for our organisation
* Understand role and position competencies -- map those against potential individuals
* Support client organisations in hiring top executives
