Requirements: - BE (Civil) or B.Arch or Degree in construction management from NICMAR
- More than 12 years of experience in Project Coordination role
- Personality and communication has to be strong
Role: To co-ordinate between the entire spectrum of the project between internal and external architectural consultants / contractors / vendors / MIS for the management / co-ordinate with the planning dept / engineering teams / liaison offices of the BMC and govt. Basically co-ordinate from end to end of the township projects and optimize resources and time. Ensure flow of information. Extensive travel to Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad.
