Job Description

Job Descriptions:

Planning & Estimation:-

Develop the overall plan for the project, ensuring that all tracks are effectively planned

Undertake estimation of the project in terms of time and staffing the right people

Present alternative approaches for estimates and scope decisions that meet client's objectives

Negotiate scope changes to produce win-win results

Stakeholder Management:

Manage third-party partner and/or vendor relationships, as necessary.

Manage relationships with the team leads across geographies in a GDD project

Issue and Risk Management:

Identify, quantify and track issues and risks in the project.

Create and analyze reports on track status, issues and risks and report the major risks and issues to the Project leadership and stakeholders.

Assess business impact of issues and risks to the project

Derive and drive issue and risk resolution solutions to ensure effective delivery and mitigation of the business impact.

Ensure that regular risk reviews of the project take place; prepare materials for risk review meetings.

Support the team Leadership in effectively communicating the risks to the client

Quality:

Analyze project metrics to ensure compliance to quality

Promotes the value of project processes and establishes these processes on the project

Drive the compliance of SLAs and make strategies to overcome non- compliance

Drive corrective measures proactively if non-compliance is observed in the project

Client Management:

Understand the client's business drivers and ensure that client priorities are addressed

Planning and estimation through deliver

Explains the tradeoffs and impact involved in designing the technical aspects of the solution to the client and the team.

Manage peer-level client relationships (expectations, communications, escalation, etc.)

Understand the Clients culture, capabilities, team structure and decision-making processes to ensure success for the client

Team Management:

Provide leadership to a team of track leads in during the execution of the project.

Clarify and communicate key track roles and responsibilities are for the team

Build a positive, collaborative working environment for the team

Coaching and mentoring the team on technology to help them deliver to the client expectation

Participate in, and assists with, company events such as hiring, training and internal initiatives Commercials

Authors various strategy documents, analyses, user interface and functional specifications, and user guides

Works with clients to understand their business models and goals and leads defining business requirements, content, and features

Participates in and/or leads consulting engagements

Defines metrics for assessing success

Ensures essential departmental training takes place to improve skill level within the group

Provides pro-active suggestions to Executive Staff to advance the department and the company to the next level

Provides conflict resolution with regard to User Experience Group issues internally or with clients

Participates in and leads on-going special projects such as innovation teams, process development, white paper development, up-to-speeds, etc.

Management:

Managing the project ending Margin

Expenses Management with respect to the budget

Team and Leverage mix with respect to impact to the cost

Experienced in setting up team, Imparting training to teams, Monitor and Govern team

Excellent people, leadership, creative, and analytical skills

Strong knowledge and proven experience in Assets Building, Metrics Management.

Strong knowledge and proven experience in Front End Deals, RFPs, Bidding.

Ability to analyze customer needs and define strategies for meeting them

Professional customer-relation skills and commitment to customer service

Regular travel to other office locations as well as prospective and existing client sites

Primary Skills:

Agile Coach / Agile Instructor

Scrum Master Certification
