Rewards Specialist is responsible for performing or supporting end to end compensation cycle processes and supporting tools:
Annual compensation review
Variable Pay administration and calculation
Benefits Executive compensation
documentation reward policies and
ad-hoc reporting and metrics.
The Specialist will be responsible to ensure quality delivery participate in all identified opportunities for improvement and also drive best practice sharing between GU comp teams.
Incumbent will also have people management responsibilities of the team members working closely with his or her supervisor.
Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Work Experience: Minimum 5 - 8+ years
Previous experience in HR or Compensation Work
Requirements: Occasional travel may be required
Candidates other then BANGALORE, should be willing to relocate.
