Educational Qualification: MBA required.

At least 2+ years experience in compensation and benefit.
Excellent communication skills
Must have experience in performing/supporting end to end compensation cycle processes .
Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible for performing/supporting end to end compensation cycle processes and supporting tools: Rewards Strategy, Market Intelligence, Compensation Planning, Annual compensation review, Variable Pay administration and calculation, Employee communication, Benefits, Executive compensation, documentation, reward policies and ad-hoc reporting & metrics.
The Specialist will be responsible to ensure quality delivery, participate in all identified opportunities for improvement and also drive best practice sharing between GU comp teams. Incumbent will also have people management responsibilities of the team members working closely with his/her supervisor.
