Job Description


Expertise in handling Company Secretarial, Compliance / Regulatory Management and Legal matters.

In coordination with the Organization's Compliance Policies, providing appropriate advice on the Corporate Governance & Regulatory matters.

Experience in handling Initial Public offerings (IPOs) with detailed knowledge of SEBI and Stock Exchanges rules and regulations and interaction with these authorities.

Conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, General Body Meetings of Group Companies, filing of forms and returns, maintenance of statutory books and records.

Drafting policies, making sure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate committee for approval.

Drafting and vetting of legal pleadings, contracts, agreements and conducting negotiations for closing out on deals on behalf of the company, registration and protection of trademarks and filing cases for recovery of dues.

Handling litigation matters of the company across India pertaining to disputes arising out of Contractual obligations.

Maintenance and monitoring of various agreements.

Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.

Experience- 8-10 years Qualification - CS.
