Job Description

Key responsibilities and duties of this position include:

Participation in the planning, development, design, verification & commissioning of signalling systems.
Cooperation and participation in internal reviews and audits of signalling deliverables.
Provision of technical input and support the production of tenders as part of the business development process.
Ensuring the continued maintenance of quality assurance of signalling and telecommunication project deliverables to ensure that work is completed in line within the requirements of the client, the company IMS system and industry best practice.
Active participation in the continual improvement process to ensure technical excellence.

The key challenges include:

Ability to communicate knowledgeably in all aspects of the project.
Maintaining brand reputation whilst undertaking the project (both with this Group key client and in the wider industry).
Identifying, building and maintaining key relationships both internally within Mott MacDonald and externally with key client.

Candidate Specification:

Holds an engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from a recognized reputed university.
More than 10 years experience in the development, design and delivery of signalling and telecommunication solutions.
3 years of international experience in railway projects with modern technology.
Proven track record in the delivery of signalling engineering solutions as well as telecommunication solutions. Personal Attributes
