Pricing & discounts
Develop and implement commercial polices and procedures
Implement and manage accounting and CRM tool.
Develop and manage Sales incentive schemes and fleet on street cost management
Setup and govern mode of payment collection
Ensure adherence of SOPs in day to day sales operations
Maintain price lists by cities, by customer segmentation, by products etc.
Develop, analyze and rollout discounting schemes along with sales head
Keep track of customer database with updated information on signed deals, contract expiry, pricing etc.
Control over customer credits, revenue assurance vis a vis signed deals.
Devise sales incentive schemes and track performance of sales force against the same
Assist sales head in sales forecasting and regular reports on open orders/leads vs. sales conversions
Cash flow reconciliations e.g. Cheque received vs realized etc.
Ensure proper invoicing and accounting of the revenues
Handle payments of key vendors based on key performance indicators ( BTL etc)
