* Develop commercial strategy/ solution for sales pursuits or service renewals
* Management of new or ongoing contracts
* Manage the development and approval of the commercial baseline for pursuits and service renewals and ensure its integrity and consistency
* Structuring/ developing appropriate commercial solutions for the business, taking account of issues related to sales, delivery, legal, finance & risk
* Ensuring proper qualification based on evaluation of commercial risks (provide inputs for bid "Go/ No Go" decision)
* Ensuring that the impact of any change is applied across the whole commercial baseline
* Management of all contract related topics for new deals, service extensions, major/ minor changes to existing contracts, contract termination etc
* Providing direction and support to contract management role in delivery to help minimize commercial risk & maximize commercial potential
* Understand company contractual obligations, the commercial risks and manage on-going mitigation of the same
* Understand the sub-contractor obligations and ensure that the sub-contractor agreements reflect the end customer agreement in a fair and appropriate manner
* Lead or assist with negotiation of contracts/ commercials
