PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for Commercial Strategy, Budget Preparation, Order Intake, Gross margin deviation on booking, sales & Tendering function.
* To drive Pipeline growth across segments and regions.
* To build customer relationship, define long term commercial strategies.
* Fortnightly order push & Risk & Opportunities meeting with Local & PL Management .
* Planning for Annual Budget, Yearly Mutual Commitment Agreement (YMCA), Forecast 1 & Forecast 2, and commercial action plan.
* Timely delivery of quality Tenders, commercial negotiation and order booking.
* Continuously assess the workload of the department and manage head count.
* Target Price preparation & Close coordination with Country Commercial team.
* Development of Sales and tendering team .
Bachelor of Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
Preferably qualification in Marketing & Sales
