* Develop a strategic plan to increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
* Execute the plan & be responsible for Pan India Sales & Marketing agenda
* Leading & managing all the 4 Regions of India.
* Drive sales & promotional activities thru close follow up with the customers, agents and Regional Managers.
* Evaluate performance of Agents and Managers against the targets assigned, ensure achievement & bring continuous improvement.
* Coordinate with both the India office and Global office.
* Develop & Maintain good client relations with clients across India
