The purpose of this role is to ensure that there is continuous engagement with the field force through regular updates on initiatives, achievements and other overall strategic commercial and people focused initiatives.
The person will be responsible to put in place a robust field engagement plan (minimum target of 50 touch points with the field force per year).
He/ She will work with the brands on the overall strategy to enable delivery of both near term and long term business objectives.
Developing and executing the field engagement plan with the General Managers office, Marketing and HR will be the key responsibilities of the individual.
Develop and execute the field engagement plan for regular interactions with the field employees
o Idea generation involving key internal and external stakeholders
o Conceptualize innovative engagement models and ways to connect with the field
o Integrate the ongoing field initiatives (e.g., monthly calls, field connect magazines) with the overall field engagement plan including Town Halls, and Award Ceremonies.
o Layout the overall yearly calendar for field engagement with specific milestones
o Develop methodology to take timely feedback from the field on the engagement model and revise engagement initiatives based on the feedback
o Execution of field engagement plan with managing directors office and senior leadership team
o Lead execution of decisions regarding field engagement
o Preparation of ground work for each engagement
o Management of the SLT in field operational details
o Support the Citizenship initiatives of the Company
o Launch programs to build pride to work for the organization with the employees
