This role is pivotal in shaping and achieving long term business objectives of the Organisation. Entrepreneurial driven strategic thinking and ability to lead and drive critical business functions such as Brand, Marketing, Products, E-commerce and Exports is an essential requirement. The role requires deep understanding of business fundamentals with a strong ability for outcome based execution and ability to build brands.
* Develop long term brand architecture for products with ability to execute in short-term with clear milestones aligned to the Vision of the group.
* Create a strong and sustainable challenger brand from both consumer & channels perspective, a worthy contender for the most preferred brand in their segments
* Understand the financial aspects of business to make short term (AOP) and long term strategic business plan for sustainable and profitable business
* Coordinate with Marketing agency to develop a robust Brand Strategy that defines the brand, objectives, stating the target segment, defining the role, Brand identity, positioning , Brand Guidelines & Brand character
* Define and regularly measure brand score within channel / consumer
* Understand the market requirement and deliver as per the same to achieve high level of customer satisfaction
* Awareness on new technologies, machines and process improvement system
* Creative / Printing of POP & Collaterals / BTL/ Media Buying/ Product feedback & Vol.

Should be a Graduate Engineer + MBA from reputed institutions with 20 years of exposure in leadership marketing role in a consumer durable/consumer electronics company.
