Job Description

Experience in SME/Mid/large Corporate documentation.

(Candidates with Retail loan background not suitable)

Preparing draft Facility documents (i.e. Demand Promissory Note, Letter of Continuity, Agreement for Commercial Letter of Credit, Letter of Set off and Lien, Deed of Hypothecation, Buyers Credit Undertaking Agreement, Personal Guarantee, Corporate Guarantee, Working Capital Facilities Agreement), releasing all the security and facility documents for execution

Handling Mortgage loans and related documentation.

Monitoring of Stamp Paper record for above documents.

Monitoring and tracking of all the security related documents i.e. Form 8/CHG1, Pari Passu Letters, No dues certificates and all other which is required from time to time for security creation and completion of Security.

Monitoring of Insurance Policy Tracker as per security (Current Assets, Moveable Assets and immoveable Assets) of the Facility given to Borrower.

Checking of all the Insurance Policies, ROC Search Report, Valuation reports and same has been updated in Master tracker file for preparing the monthly exception report and further monitoring.

Receiving all the facility and security documents and filtering them, doing a preliminary check for correct execution, preparing checklist and maintaining customer wise files.

Preparing Monthly exception report for pending items for monitoring / completion and advising to seniors and business team on upcoming exception items.

Updation of Trade Template as per latest approval.

Maintenance of MIS (Stock Statements, Plant Visits, Collateral Audit, Valuation Reports, Stock Audit Reports, Multiple Banking Information, ROC Search etc.)
