The job responsibilities will include:-
Taking-care all aspect of operations of the Exclusive Retail Outlets
Responsibility to achieve Retail Sales targets and KPI's (UPT, ATV etc.).
Keep tracking on KPI growth.
Responsible for SSSG.
Analysis per Sale per Sq. Ft.
Use space management tool for profitable business.
Focus on Sell -Through of each article.
Take care of Rate of Sale.
Focus on category contribution of the product to the business.
Analysis Top seller and slow mover report.
Plan and organize for merchandise for every quarter.
Provide inputs to the marketing team on the marketing calendar for the quarter.
Responsibility to fill the product & price gap.
Help partner for Sell-in as per store requirement.
Focus on Pre-order execution level.
VM & Project
Responsible for look and feel of the store as per Brand direction.
Follow-up for highlighted window set up and other ISC.
Responsible for inviting window setup.
Take care of store visibility.
Take care of Project related issue like Lights, paints etc.
Finalize new location according to market Potential, Catchment Area, Average business of other brand.
Negotiate rent according to expected business.
Hand-Over the site to project team for fit-out.
Co-ordinate to VM team for visual installation.
Recruit the team for new store and get organized retail training.
Ensuring that the entire documentary requirements are fully completed before opening.
Ensuring installation of POS before opening.
Arrange stock for new opening and ensure delivery within time.
