Job Description

Responsible for Sales & Promotion of Residential Flats in Mumbai.
-Building & maintaining good & high relationship with the Customer & Developer.
-Having knowledge of Rates & Area of each and every Project.
-Having knowledge of upcoming projects .Targeting on focus Projects.
-Handling All the leads from Online Campaign & Online Emailers.
-Handling Clients Queries. Giving service to the Clients.
-Collection of Brokerage from the Developer.
-Maintaining MIS for Deals as well as Brokerage Collection.
-Constant Follow Up with Client & Developer to Ensure Proper Deal.
