Job Description

Ensured that the salaries of the corporate bodies are credited to their employees accounts as per standing instruction and schedule.

Acquisition of new corporate clients for salary accounts and offered complete range of banking solutions and products to preferred clients.

Managing a team of 3 -4 Key account managers and their one downs

Liaising with major Corporate for seeking required permission to conduct employee engagement activities for the corporate being managed

Personally get involved in the accounts acquisition of Sr Mgmt/ Mid Mgmt within an empaneled corporate

Constantly look for new innovative share ways to increase salary accounting empanelled relationships

Maintained and enhanced relationship with present corporate clients for sales of other bank products such as FES, Corporate Investments, Corporate General Insurance, etc. Framing strategies towards business development initiatives and conducting events for existing and prospective customers.
