Job Description

Serve as the client's single focal point and has ultimate responsibility for Client account(s)
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with executives and key influencers, in the IT and line of business organizations, based on a history of performance and credibility, earning a reputation as one of the client's trusted business advisors
Demonstrate a high level of business acumen and apply a thorough understanding of the client's business, organization, strategy, financial position, and business issues
Maintain a thorough understanding of the client's industry, including industry trends, industry performance indicators and key client competitors in their industry
Understand and apply Client strategies and offerings for all Client Service Lines and industry solutions to address the client's business needs
Understand and navigate Client to identify, acquire and coordinate the team of resources required to address client needs; lead the cross-functional team to develop the best solution for the client
Identify solution opportunities by aligning Client industry and strategies with the client's most important business needs
Ensure overall client satisfaction for services
Implement comprehensive account plans for your assigned account(s) by leveraging key client and industry insight from personal knowledge, research, and use of Client and external subject matter experts
Personally contribute to growth by achieving assigned account/cluster services and business unit financial targets
Adhere to Client Opportunity Management Audit Guidelines and Client Value Method. Ensure opportunity records are current and accurate. Maintain accurate and up-to-date signing and revenue forecasts.
Mentor and coach junior and/or new members of the sales team
Utilize Job Role Expertise (JRE) roadmaps to create a skill gap closure plan and make progress against the plan
Grow in-depth understanding of Client's sales strategies, offerings, and services. Articulate value in the context of the clients' business
