IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (Looking for Short joiners who can join less than 15days only can apply)

WORK EXPERIENCE

4-7 Yrs experience in Client Relationship

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS


B.L,LLB,ML.

SKILL SETS


Lawyer -- Corporate or Practicing with relevant background in LPO sector/space or outsourcing environment.
Minimum 4 to 5 yrs. experience in the client engagement
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong inter-personal skills
Willing to Travel -- passport ready.
Ready to work in timings corresponding to Client timings -- involves shifts.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Regular interaction with Clients to understand requirements
Coordination with operations team for ensuring client deliverables are effectively communicated and met
Communication bridge between Client and operations team
Knowledge transfer of new assignments, expectations, projects - from Client to Operations team
Transition any new assignment from Client (wherever applicable)
Will involve international travel
Will carry revenue target - meet monthly target, harvest the account for additional revenue
Invoicing and follow up for payment with Client.
Understand operational deliverables of accounts
