Job Description

8+ Years in Client Management/Relationship role

Must have worked in an Individual contributor role

Excellent written and spoken English

M.C.A./B.E/B.TECH or B.Sc. (computer science)

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Good knowledge of working on a CRM tool

Willing to work in shifts

Banking domain knowledge would be an added advantage

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple client/partners, tasks and projects concurrently

Prior experience in software programming/debugging

Experience in service delivery for external customers, preferably in a SaaS environment
Articulate, persuasive and with the ability to discuss and negotiate with customers

Technical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem solving skills in common web technologies such as Java, JavaScript and SQL will be an added advantage

Strong technical knowledge of common web technologies such as HTML, HTML5, PHP, RUBY and REST architecture will be an added advantage

Understanding and experience with Web-development languages and concepts including working of a Web Service (SaaS) based architecture

Should be experienced in debugging and testing
