Support the Project/Engineering Manager with regard to Civil Engineering/Infrastructure and/or construction issues.
Support basic engineering with understandings of Statutory requirements/Company guidelines.
Represent the owner interests in the project towards contractor, Vendors, construction companies
Prepare Cost Estimate,BOQ defining the scope.
Supervising or preparing of Basic Engineering documents.
Carry out Technical discussions with bidders including evaluation of bids technically.
Check the design/drawings submitted by consultant for the suitability of site.
Monitor and control resources, schedule, performance and cost.
Closing of Civil activities, measurement checking, bill certifications etc. in co-ordination with other engineering disciplines.
Minimum 12 to 15 years total work experience mandatory.
Minimum 6 years of work experience in Chemical industry projects.
At least 5 years work experience in design & engineering function.
Experience in Offices interiors and Laboratory set ups will be an added advantage.
