Lead the Jamshedpur pilot for the B2M (Business to Medical) roll-out of Client Digital Health Platform.
Meet prospective clients, provide product demonstrations and convey the value of the product to doctors.
Consult with physician practices to understand practice workflow needs and expectations
Managing P&L of the Jamshedpur market & assume responsibilities for planning, execution and operations to meet targets on time and in budget
Recruiting, building, and leading a sales team - driving recruitment, training and mentoring of team members to ensure individual growth in addition to growth of the business vertical
Generate leads and qualify sales opportunities
Follow up with prospective clinics/nursing homes; responsible for driving patient engagement especially Client`s Group Company employees.
Managing the team for end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting with Client`s Group Company and other private healthcare providers.
Hiring and leadership of a sales team of 5-6 people, after sales team of 3-4 people.
