Responsibilities and Accountability:
* Guiding the technology team on development, platforms and initiatives
* Responsible for finalizing the technology partner(s) and managing the relationships.
* Responsible for timely and successfully delivery of the technology solutions for the organization.
* Responsible for ongoing support and other activities related to technology.
* Responsible for the entire technology setup for the business
* Responsible for any technology initiatives for enabling better customer service
* Responsible for managing the entire front end and back end operations of the technology involved across the organization.
* Would be developing/exploring new technology avenues.
* Driving the culture of constant innovation and improvement
* Maintaining the overall budget for the department
* Role will encompass all technical solutions- internal as well as external facing.

* Ability to lead company's vision through proper strategies- defining various milestones and having an internal vision for the solution coming out of company's vision.

* Technical expertise with experience on latest technical trends in e-commerce industry. Sound experience in object oriented development as well as experience in frameworks is must.

Work Experience Required - Preferably 10-16 years
Candidates from premier institutes will only be preferred.
