Job Description

Handling complete P/L Management..
Need someone from financial , insurance , banking or broking firm.

Responsibility of handling Operations, Business Analytics, Finance & Accounts, Claims, Internal Audit, Policy Formulation Customer Service and Compliance.
Participates in the development and preparation of short term and long-range business plans and budgets based upon broad organization goals and objectives.
Operational Structure of the organization.
Overall strategic and operational responsibility for the organization. Planning, Organizing, Directing and Controlling of various plans/policies.
Ensures that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
General Management in the overall development of the organization.
Policy formulation and Process designing.
Internal control & Audit.
Directs, administers and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals and objectives
