- Build and manage the brand marketing function, Strategize, develop and execute multi -channel brand marketing and promotional programs that support brand ethos.
- You will formulate and direct the overall marketing and communication strategy (on air and off- air) for all channels, so as to achieve the desired audience reach and targets.
- Manage ATL, BTL, onsite creative and campaign management activities to drive brand.
- Develop fantastic and attractive B2C marketing initiatives including events, partnerships, promotions, campaigns and loyalty, etc
- Impact on Revenue and market share growth: customer life cycle management and building marketing capability and spend Track -and -measure effectiveness.
- Go to market strategy : positioning, Strategic planning : Develop marketing strategies based on strong analytics
Key Role Requirements / Functional Competencies :
- Must have experience of handling both offline and online marketing in e-commerce companies.
- Entrepreneurial driven strategic thinking and ability to lead and drive critical business functions such as Brand, Marketing, Products, eCommerce and Exports is an essential requirement.
- The role requires deep understanding of business fundamentals with a strong ability for outcome based execution
- Develop long term brand architecture for products with ability to execute in short -term with clear milestones aligned to the Vision of the group.
- Should have team handling capabilities as well as should be hands on across across gamut of marketing activities (SEO/ SEM/ PPC/ Google Adwords/ Display/ Social Media marketing/ Viral marketing/ ATL/ BTL/ Activation/ Brand marketing etc.) marketing officer, social media, marketing, adwords, startup, ppc
- Structured thinker, who could bring clarity in any discussion.
- At least 8+ Years of of exposure in leadership marketing role
- Should have relevant Exp in Digital Marketing .
