Job Description

MBA in HR is mandatory (Fulltime) with 8 - 10 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills:
Exposure of working in good corporate with an exposure to best practices
Talent Acquisition
Employees Relations & Performance Management System (PMS)

Responsibilities:
Ensuring the lead time for recruitment, recruitment budget
Pre & post recruitment documentation
On boarding/ Employee orientations
Employee confirmations & probations tracking & review
Assist in training and development activities
Quarterly Review of Action Plans by Managers in respective Corporate Sales & update on Gallup Online
Sustenance of existing R & R schemes
Workforce Planning/ Diversity
Facilitation on defining KRA's
Implement comprehensive meritocracy based performance management system
Assist in providing insight and support to managers for performance management planning, appraisals
Payroll calendar adherence
