Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-Commerce sales and profitability
Provide expertise on current e-Commerce industry best practices
Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure e-Commerce principles are incorporated
Identify new areas of e-Commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking.
Functional Responsibilities and Requirements:
Build, Inspire, motivate and lead a team
Develop the business strategy and execution plan for a large, successful and profitable e commerce business focused on healthcare.
Take full ownership of topline and bottom line
Customer acquisition, using both on-line and off-line strategies.
Planning & Organizing
Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
Strong analytical, Planning, forecasting & budgeting/ financial skills
Key Interactions with:
Board of Directors: For all major strategic and policy level decisions
All Departments: For all shared resource requirements and related issues.
Statutory Bodies for Licensing, approvals and various other regulations.
Should have a Degree in technology and an MBA from premier Institutes in India or abroad.
Minimum of 15 years of work experience in technology related fields, of which preferably 5 years in the e-Commerce space at a Senior Management Level.
Candidate should have experience of managing P & L.
