To direct, oversee, monitor and control all aspects related to Environment Division activities in order to achieve objectives, technical parameters, business goals, process standards and other targets [qualitative & quantitative] linked to our Organization planned growth.
Responsible for maximizing Return on by helper while safeguarding the legitimate interests of all stakeholders [Internal & External].
Plan business roll-out based on the overall business plan.
Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals.
Research & Development
Policies & Procedures:-
Establish the performance goals, allocate resources, and assess policies for senior management.
Planning & Monitoring:-
Plan, direct and monitor the divisions activities to achieve budgeted targets and standards for financial & operational performance, service quality, culture and legal & statutory adherence.
Represent Organization in external events as required and to further its best interest and reputation in all communities.
Business Execution & Reporting:-
Direct division operations to meet budget and other financial goals.
Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans.
Review financial and operating reports.
Recommend wage, bonus and commission schedules in line with budget and operating constraints.
Recommend, within budgetary and corporate guidelines, expenditures for capital equipment.
Keep up with the industry trends, attend shows, conventions and seminars as appropriate or as directed.
Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
Maintain and develop Organizations culture, values and reputation in its by helper"
Create and institutionalize apt mechanisms that reinforce performance and value based behavior.
Keeping abreast with current trends and latest technological advancements that can help the Organization to be up-to-date and competitive.

Recruit, assess, train, mentor, develop and manage staff.

Degree: Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Chemical)from reputed institutes such as IIT/NIT with minimum 20+ experience
PG: MBA finance /Mtech
Specialization: Past 5 years of running profit head center of approximately 100 crores turnover company at varied locations
