Job Description



* Oversee a team of Sales Mangerswith the objective of conceptualizing strategies and executing plans for allSales channels like Pharma channel, Cosmetics channel, Modern Trade channel andOpen market sales which should deliver on agreed distribution reach and otherdistribution function parameters.

* Oversee a team of Brand Activation/TradeMarketing/Communication managers with the objective of ensuring conceptualizingand executing key on-ground strategic and tactical initiatives which deliver onagreed sales performance and brand health within the assigned and agreedbudgets . Coordinate with central Brand innovation teams on innovationstrategies and deliveries. All marketing activities to be coordinated in tandemwith Chief Marketing Officer.

* Develop a strong understandingof the consumer, consumer habits and capture consumer insights and practiceswith a view to effectively using this data in product development ,communication development etc.

* Research and analyze economic trends, buyinghabits and the demographic characteristics of consumers, their tastes,preferences for company products and those of competitors.

* Develop a strong understand ofthe categories in which we operate in the markets of Russia and CIS and identify suitable business opportunitiesin these various categories mainly Skin Care and Hair care .

* Manage effectively all thebusiness relationships in the region with key partners like Distributors , Subdistributors , ad agencies , market research agencies , other suppliers ofservices etc.

* Ensure monthly Reporting ofPerformance in all its aspects to Head office on a monthly basis . Develop andprepare key messaging and presentation material for Senior Management as andwhen required.

* Coach, mentor and raise theteam's ability to deliver and exceed expectations while creating opportunitiesfor succession plan

* Ensure compliance by on allregulations, licensing requirements, product quality requirements and ensureall other legal and statutory norms areadhered to as per local rules and procedures.

* Develop unique valuepropositions, business partnership, and category management as well as call toaction oriented advertising targeted towards key customer segments thatincreases brand awareness.

* Analyze, evaluate, plan andexecute on both existing and potential marketing activities and strategies.Develop benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness ofmarketing programs.

* Measure the effectiveness of themarketing department and implement improvements as required.

Exploring new countries for business opportunities as and when identified and decided upon.
Recruitment, manages and separation of the human resource of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations. Oversees the operations of organization and manages its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Employee development & Training. PMS and improve system. Employee relation. Employment and compliance. Ensuring overall consistency in policies with changes for country specific clauses and implementation.
Maintain strong working relationships and communications with the Supply Center, Inventory Management: monitor inventory parameters, measure related KPI's. Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment of raw materials, components, and finished goods in conjunction with Supply Team.

Marketing & PR-Manage audit opportunities and theatre program, press and venture, Organize the availability of company member for media/PR events as necessary, Oversee content, production and distribution of all market and publicity materials. Coordinate the invitation of potential future promoters and supporters of the company.

Oversees staff in developing annual budgets that support operating plans and submits budget for board approval, prudently manages the organization's resources within budget guidelines according tocurrent laws and regulations. Ensure that staff practices all appropriate accounting procedures in compliance with General Accounting Principle. Provides prompt, thorough and accurate information to keep the management appropriate information of the organization's financial position.
