Role Purpose :
Overall & Complete business responsibility for Brand in India that includes developing & carrying out the strategic plans and policies to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization & to Oversee company operations to ensure operational efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources
* Heading the complete business activities
1, To grow the business substantially and have a share of the target market, over and above specific expansion activities, in consultation with chairman of the Group
2, Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy for the Brand.
3, Plan and direct activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality and culture
4, Provide total quality leadership
5, Direct functions and performance via the executive team
6, Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies
7, Research, innovate and develop newer and unique strategies aimed at improving process, and generation of new business avenues and channels pan India.
8, Heading overall operational activities
9, Manage overall operations towards achievement of targeted Revenues and P&L
10, Analyze, plan & execute a high growth and revenue model for the overall business
11, Conduct business analysis & plan all organizational monthly, quarterly and annual activities in line with the Business Plans
12, Ensure documentation of Complete SOPs and manual
13, Continuous innovation for the overall business of the Brand.
14, Negotiate prices, guide & advice, discount terms and logistics for the business.
15, Examine, select, order, and purchase at the most favorable price merchandise consistent with quality, quantity, specification requirements and other factors
16, Analyze and monitor sales records, trends and economic conditions to anticipate consumer buying patterns and determine what the company will sell and how much inventory is needed.
17, Work closely with vendors to obtain and develop desired products or services.
18, Set or recommend mark-up rates, mark-down rates, and selling prices for merchandise.
19, Confer with sales and purchasing personnel to obtain information about customer needs and preferences.
20, Conduct staff meetings with sales/designated department personnel.
21, Responsible to manage the working capital effectively and need to be fully aware of non moving stocks and plan to return/liquidate them in the best possible manner.
22, Complete control of accounts is crucial and periodic reconciliations need to be done with vendors, distributors, dealers and customers
23, Developing Customer Centricity as a whole
o Put in place systems and processes to achieve 'customer centricity' as a key value across all levels of the organization
o Measure "Customer Delight" quotient on an ongoing basis and use the quotient as an important variable while rewarding performance
24, Perform the role of a people manager for the organization
