Reports to CEO/CMD
Determining the appropriate commercial entry strategy for the Biologicals efforts in all world areas.
This individual will manage a team of people; in licensing, marketing/market access and individuals
Prioritise market, expanding market access thru out-licensing of products, joint venture
expanding market access for products in the market etc.
This role requires a strong understanding of finance, regulatory, commercial to identify
the right products to generate revenue & complete the basket of biologics for various indications
must be willing to travel to India and other countries 40% of the time
Preferably an MBA & MS in Biopharma/Biotechnolgy from world premium institution.
Must have work at Top Management position for over 8 years must have done long term and short term strategic planning.
should have been at Profit and loss responsibility for a multiple continent .
identifying market, global marketing,
Should have worked in Biopharma MNC. or as an Advisor to Large MNC in Life Sciences preferably
Biotechnology or Biopharma.
will prefer to hire some one who would have been involved from durg discovery , product ideation, to product assessment ,market assessment, feasibility, business model for market entry, market prioritization, go to market, regulatory approva, long term strategy.. etc. etc like 2nd CEO type of position.
preferred area- of experience, Biosimilar/ Biologics /BioPharama / specialty medicines in the order of prioriy.. normal Generic candidates may not fit
Candidates from Consulting back ground.. or senor candidates Pharma companies would have worked in similar areas and multiple markets across the globe can be a good fit
